The awards are given by the editorial team of TravelAge West, a revered agent publication, following careful analysis of product offerings, on-site visits, travel agent surveys and intensive research. Crystal was honored for the second-consecutive year as the “Editor’s Pick” as the ‘Cruise Line with the Highest Client Satisfaction’ and ‘Best Onboard Dining,’ both for ship categories under 1,100 guests.
